1. No Refunds on Wearable Personal Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom t-shirts or other wearable personal items. Each item is made to order according to the customer's specifications, making it unique and personal. As a result, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason unrelated to the quality of the product.
2. Exceptions for Customzon Errors
We are committed to ensuring that your custom order meets your expectations. If you receive an item that has a printing error, defect, or any mistake that is the result of our production process, we will accept returns and offer a refund or replacement at no additional cost.
